In their Coalition document, the government outlined their plans to restore the rights if individual people as they felt that the state had become too authoritarian.
One of the leading civil liberties organisations, Liberty will be speaking at this forum. Isabella Sankey, Policy Director at Liberty has CONFIRMED to deliver the Special Closing Keynote on 'Protecting Civil Liberties, Promoting Human Rights'.
